XTRA LTD is owned by TCNZ EQUITIES LTD which is owned by TELECOM CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND LTD.

The registrant of INFRA-GGIS-NZ (Global-Gateway Infrastructure a.k.a. Global-Gateway Internet) is TELECOM IP LTD which is owned by TELECOM CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND LTD.

Therefore TELECOM owns both XTRA and INFRA-GGIS-NZ.
